Same with me..i love general family theme drama with strong FLad palace intrique

This recent years we see more older FL pairing with younger audience
For example the Double, Fated Heart and now this one.
I am not complaining because I can get good actress as FL and also young handsome ML..hahaha. how shallow I am LoL..
hope their chemistry will be spark

Yes,based on the scene and the acting presented to is viewer, probably it is a mixed and complicated feeling..i do feel he already has some spot to her and rather bit dissapointed looking the relation of FL and big brother,but sometime i feel him a little bit suspect FL too..she was coming from nowhere and trying to get closer to his big brother..

Yes..i remind his time in Tiger Rose..i do like Han shuo very much hehe..that drama make me DYX fans
I think after this one we can see his character gradually grow..

And 5 years before, she had eloped with Mr Gu..so I assume her age is above 20. I think there are a lot of changes compare to the novel

Maybe he did not think that his family army will get infiltrated by the traitor too..the case that FL shared is about Chu family army which is going down 6 month before..
And the emperor task to match the army is quite early than they predict before so maybe big brother doesn't have time to discuss that matter..hehe..just make some rationalization of the plot

She conduct that initaially just to investigate the truth of her family fallen..and she is from military family and she is so used with rumour...even the "mother in law" also let her to think more whether she still want to stay or leave the Wei family
So it will be okay to get romance with ML in later episode

Yes, the scene remind me of Yang Saga especially the war scene and also their widow....it is a very good story from years ago..and just like Condor heroes series, Yang family also been made into many dramas edition

Not forbidden love...she only pretend to engage with the big brother..she did it to reveal the mystery..
The mother also said..although she willing to be the bride for late big brother in order to pray for him, but after the funeral she still can take decision to leave the house.
And she also said to herself that she will ask apology to wei family after the case solved and will leave the family

Actually I am not waiting for this drama..but I try to peek because I like the strong woman plot..
And wow..this one is so good..
This is my first time watching Victoria Song, and I think she is nailed this role..
I always have soft spot for Ding Yuxi..and I do satisfy with his acting..in 5 beginning episodes, he act like young teenager..and we hope he can deliver his character development convingcingly..
I do like story about military family and heroes like this..
I even hope that Wei Jun can live longer..OMG he is totally green flag..he even did not want to enter Chu mansion because he afraid it will bring rumor for her...the actor gives a very strong appearance in this drama..i watch him in many dramas before and yes his acting is great..

Yes.. and they even stated that Crown Prince is younger than Wei Yun..
And they also said Chu Yu has fleed with Mr Gu 5 years ago because of love

So I assume Chu yu age at this time is around 22..wei yun 19 and crown prince around 17 or 18

What I like from the writer and director, they put quite detailed things..and I saw in MDL the director has dramas like Love in Nirvana and My Journey in his hand

Why Xue Family can not even afford to get doctors ? LoL..the father unconcious several time, first brother also get bullied and step mom get poisoned, but no single doctor being called hahaha.. very different from other dramas doctors are in every drama

One my complaint is why in short low budget drama the FL always has long polished nailed eventhough there are act as female general or assasins, while in big budget drama, the strong FL always has short nail as it should be LoL

The drama is quite good..and he is ML there..
But yes I think his best performance is in Fated Heart.
I would like his character as Emperor redeem himself anget happy ending hehe

I hope he get breakthrough as ML soon...yes, sometimes I feel his acting a little bit off, but sometimes he made me convinced by his acting.
And yes he is very handsome. In the hand of good director with good script,I hope that he can get at ML level soon..although right now soo many young,talented,good looking actor that compete to be ML...but who knows if he has a good fate 🤩

I like both of the dramas..both with strong FL, in POB maybe she doesn't have fighting skill but she has bravery and very smart strategist..while here, the FL literally strong and very tough female general... I hope FSG and FYW get their happy ending, I am waiting for their married life LoL....

I think this role is a good opportunity for him to showcase his talent.. and I think he conveys so many emotion nicely..the emperor is lunatic but fragile, he doesn't have confidence in himself but serves as ruler of big kingdom...very well acting..
I hope he will get more bigger role in the future..
Because of the competition, it is difficult to get role as ML eventhough you are good actor sighh....
