I mean, I don't think that's a reasonable excuse since the show tries to present itself as realistic (and also dramatic in some parts). Tweaking Solar's plot a little bit in order to hide/ignore the elephant in the room (them ignoring doctors, specifically) would have made things better, but at the end of the day this is just my humble opinion.

Soooo... are we supposed to root for the main leads after the last episode? They honestly just lost me after this, they should just stay away from eachother for good :|
