Also the FL is making negative assumptions of him and the situation that may or may not be true yet. She thinks that the gift is to bribe her to keep their relationship a secret and all the shopping bags in his car are gifts for other people. Many in the audience went with the FL’s point of view that he is a complete jerk. At this point of the story I am still discovering him as he has not express himself much as to what kind of person he is inside. I’m just seeing the facade of the impression he wants people to have of him. He is probabaly more complex, sensitive, and fragile. After episode 6, I feel it might seem that she is in love with him and she is feeling the heartache. But he cares more about her and helped her with her wish to transfer department and even gave her the project file. He offered more. Let’s see how the story unfolds. Can’t wait!
Came back to watch episode 4 when they met again at the store. Then the bike ride to the bus to the train and the entire interaction was so emotional so complex. Both actors were amazing.

I’m only on episode 20 and he was introduced as a teacher’s assistant. In general, they called everyone that are classes above them from the same school senior. He could’ve graduated many years prior. But you are right. He does look much older 😰
