I think that's why Theo-Sian ship failed. Some people and in this case Sian and others spent more time in the paradise than the inferno. There was no balance.
People did not get to know each other more in the inferno first so that the paradise looks like a reward. Even though Theo showed interest, there was simply no time for him and Sian to get to know each and hold a deep conversation unless Theo had a ticket to the paradise.
Everyday, there was some people going to the paradise, which means you would be separating some who would benefit by talking more.
Was there a season where everyday there was a couple either going or coming from the paradise? Because I remember in other seasons they would at least skip one day where they would spend a whole day with other members. At least two days together with everyone in one place gives everyone a fighting chance to appeal themselves to their love interest.
And in this case, I felt sorry for Theo because he would have benefitted more under those circumstances.

Okay, all those examples may not convince you, but there was an edited clip where she had told Jun Seo that she was leaning more towards him soon after she came from the paradise with Jeong Su. That edited clip was shown later after she made the choices so that the choices wouldn't have been given away too soon.
'Saving her face', darling they have been dating ever since after the show. They were caught by netizens multiple times that the final choice was already exposed before the show finished airing. But I guess everyone would choose to believe what they want.
