Is this true based on "When the snail falls in love" ?

Starting from loving the novel and then the cdrama version, which i liked it so much.
When i found they have a new thai version with the ML (Bie) that i like as the captain. I tried to watch.
And surprisingly found its hard to follow each episode here.
Never had seen any drama or movies with an ordinary people (Sen, 2nd ML ????) easily come and go to Police Station like he own the place.
And why the police officer can share what they do so easily to outsider ?????
And the FL (Vita) doesnt seem so bright here, but dumb and naive.

Its okay with me if they want to made some changes of the story but ..... dont change its become like this ?

Its hard for me to found the "team work" here. They focus too much on Vita. She is not only low EQ but IQ too. She even takes Sen to look for the criminal ???
Is she truely a police officer ???
