They all need each other in some ways I think as they’re magicians specialising in different fields to some extent. Please understand that Sol Ran did not cause the rain on her own it was team effort from all the different branches of Mages in Daeho . The King’s star appears only when the 7 stars appears in the sky and that happened with Uk already, it only means that’s how everyone recognises it( Kings star in the sky) it has something to do with the lake water.
