Does anyone know how Enchanté or even ABAAB was received by thai audiences?

I know that the thai and international fans tend to have different favorite pairings and varying overlaying opinions on the ships and while ForceBook isn't necessarily a universal favorite among interfans, I'd heard that they have a really huge fanbase in Thailand so I'm just curious

So true but tbh I don't think Sand has had his "enough" yet. He's definitely aware of how fucked up it is, he's tired of it and wanting out- so mentally and logically he's probably had enough- but I don't think he's hit that very specific wall of "I'm done with your shit, the door's shut and there's no coming back." yet.

I'd like to remind you that MyDramaList is a discussion board, which is a place for people to express their thoughts and opinions on said shows. Not all of the opinions are going to be positive and that's okay; that doesn't necessarily make it hate. We're all here because we enjoy watching dramas but not everyone is going to have the same take. Everyone is allowed to state their views on how the show's going and while I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying it, some people are disappointed or confused with it and they're entitled to voice that.

I'm sure it is but to watch a show, you shouldn't have to read the prerequisite novel to understand what's going on. It should be shown visually onscreen so that anyone, regardless of if they've read the original books, can make sense of what's going on.

Yeah I'm not sure as I haven't been able to find any translations of the event, but from what I've picked up, the uncut version will be released exclusively on WeTv. It's unconfirmed if that's just for Thai audiences or for international viewers as well. I'm thinking/ hoping that it's just for thai audiences since for other shows like Only Friends, they air the uncut version on YT for interfans and OneD app for thai audiences. However it could also be like their contract with Viu in which the uncut version is geoblocked for the majority of the world that does in fact have access to Viu subscriptions. I'm praying it's the former!

It should be replacing one of the reruns. So either Oh! My Boss or the Sand Princess!

Bc there was already sm hype. They'd never specified how long of a delay so maybe, if it was only a three week delay then they could've said something... Right? I will be expecting 23.5 until further notice😊😊

I mean, if both Perth and Marc were okay with it especially since they were horsing around, I don't see how it should be a problem. If it was an unwanted advance that'd be a different story but them messing around and playing backstage shouldn't be an issue; granted, it's not the most professional but do they really need to be at that moment?
I'm a lesbian so it's not entirely the same thing but people tease and joke around about anything, and especially being in the BL industry, where they're surrounded by yaoi and gay BL ships all the time, it's impossible to expect that to slip on by without fooling around a bit; they're only human. Just because something *can* be interpreted as offensive and has to do with being gay, it doesn't automatically make it homophobic. Using the word so carelessly for everything under the sun, is downplaying the severity and gravity of the word. This is so ridiculous imo.

The fact that out of the whole bar gang, Marc's the only one who hasn't been able to legally drink for years, in Thailand, is really funny to me. Like these "teenagers" are trying to sneak into a bar but they're legit all adults. Idk I know that this isn't a new phenomenon but since they're all my age, it's hitting me extra hard and I'm having fun with it lmao

I know that DewPrim's Phffggbdzdfnb one is partnered with a Chinese company, which is the reason for the delay but I didn't know that that was the case for Find Yourself as well. That makes sense though; and I'm glad, I'd much rather the space go to 23.5 or any of the other contenders of possibly airing!

There is also the possibility of Find Yourself getting a slot of something somewhere but honestly I'd rather not think of that possibility
