I'm not there yet. 😩 At least the changes in the drama doesn't erase the novel! The books are always better than the live adaptation. There is probably some censorship rule where FL can't be romantically involved with several men or show romantic heartache for other men. Who knows how to navigate the muddy waters of Chinese censorship or why directors and screenwriters do what they do. Isn't the screenwriter the novel author though?
