DW is being dubbed by Sun Rui Yang. Sometimes their schedule doesn't allow it. They have to commit to the filming schedule and then sometimes they can't commit to the dubbing schedule if they have another project lined up.

Or they may not be confident in dubbing because of their accents. China wants the Beijing accent to be standard and you have to study to be good at it. It's like Dylan Wang. His stuff is dubbed for now because he has a heavy accent. ☺️
