Is this poster official poster? Normally in c dramas, official posters have actors faces on it when it’s airing. This above poster looks like the old one which released before it started filming or so.

Cheating being common doesn't mean it's socially accepted. Every country has people who cheat, but that doesn't change how society generally views it. In countries like Thailand, the cultural perception of cheating is still quite harsh, regardless of whether married or not.

In my opinion, in many Asian countries, cheating is viewed the same way whether you're married or not. Whether it's a relationship, a marriage, living together, or even having children, a cheater is still a cheater.
