i was thinking she had twins and lost one maybe?? because theyve been hinting to hard that MJ is the father of the boy so adoption wouldnt make sense all of a sudden.

they didnt have to break up, she just made a deal about him being supportive of her so she needs to it on her own without him lifting chairs for her etc. (that was one thing she used as an example when they were talking.,) they had worked out all there past issues and misunderstandings so i didnt get why writers have to do a forced 2yr separation. theyve already been apart 10yrs.

i think in this drama specifically it was unnecessary, he could go with her to study if thats what she wanted to do but its then spun as their teamwork is her being too dependent on him so she needs to go make a name on her own.

no they probably fast fowarded through alot or didnt read the subtitles. its explicitly shown his father locked him in a room and psychologically tormented even using his mother to threaten him until he gave in to go abroad to be a doctor. when he first arrived he had given up on himself.

i think everyone misses that he had given up on himself when he first arrived abroad. his CEO mentions him being hungry and starving when they first met. didnt that scene happen?

i thought the end goal was her being director, the drama had a good storyline with the adversity of her becoming a great director despite not going to film school. that got dropped for a last minute college is what makes you successful not the work and experience she gained from learning on the job.

i think he did offer to go with her but she refused because shes 'too dependent on him' and he 'prioritizes her too much' so they have to break up so she can prove she can do things on her own when that was already shown when she had to continue filming alone when the scandal broke about ML and his bio mother.

i think its a bit ridiculous she mentions going to college, and even works at a brodcast station. so where is she lacking experience and education? i get its a learning curve going from tv shows to full dramas or movies but essentially there all scripted so what does she need to learn that she doesnt already know? just because you go to some elite school doesnt mean your gonna all of sudden be some great writer/director its already a talent you have from the beginning school can only help polish your talent.

true, him being rich and accomplished nothing is preventing him from going with her. i think writers get addicted to adding troupes even when they dont make since. if he was financially strained from leaving be one thing but his whole reason for coming back to korea was her. why stay if shes leaving?

well his leaving for 10years was kind of forced did he really have a choice then? his only problem was the way he left. if he had stayed hed most likely had a bad end eith his father doing what he was doing.

i think originally they planned for them to get together in s2 more of a slowburn build up but FL ended up having to change so the whole storyline had to be dropped an redone with new FL.

so because of grandma meddling, she forces a break up when she doesnt even know everything. her true ominous feeling isnt from FL its 2ML but because shes so set on this birthdate deal she cant see whats really trying to harm her grandson.

you're right, his obsession is really deep so he wouldnt act a normal person.

well villains need a vested interest in the leads otherwise they wouldnt cause any drama for us, but the problem may be because most shows only have 1 villain so thats really the only way for them to stay around the entire series. multi villain cast would help the story not have them lose there heads over not getting the leads maybe?
