jokes aside, i’m truly enjoying this, i’m completely enraptured in dean/moth’s dynamic, they got me wrapped around their fingers and the chemistry is simply sizzling!!!!
i’m particularly fond of down-bad moth like, cheer up buddy! we’ve all been there, you’ll eventually get the D and the boy!
and i’ve got to say, i’m feeling particularly spoiled because everyone in the main cast is such a good actor and their delivery feels always realistic and convincing. (i’m rediscovering barcode, he’s really improved from his KP days…!)

but the crown jewel of this series for me is william, i’m in awe of his performance!!! how is he so charming and charismatic with such a short acting career? his microexpressions are all so genuine and compelling, his mannerism is so impeccably natural and he imbues dean with such a rough boyish charm that makes him steal the scene all the damn time!!!

ughhhh i can’t wait for when the truth comes out and they break each other’s heart 💔👌🏻🤭

soooo, I just caught up with the episodes and I’m a bit confused with the plot. can anyone summarize for me what has been exactly going on? I get the general themes they have been emphasising but everything that’s happened so far seems too disentangled to me, like there’s so many characters but no one is actually doing anything. there’s just a lot of debates, musings, verbal exchanges, lyrics and quotes but very little progress plot wise (which I kind of expected given the setting and general backdrop…)

like trin/tanwa love story feels very forced to me, they didn’t really develop their attraction and connection properly so I don’t get what’s the purpose of their interactions 😬
tbh also the second couple started interacting kind of suddenly except they have sizzling hot chemistry and I’m kind of obsessed with them and they have been shadowing everyone else so they are excused 🫠🤭

my general feeling is that for such a loaded project in terms of themes tackled and actors employed maybe 8 episodes is a little too few to actually develops these storylines consistently and for the show to actually make a lasting impression.

however, there’s still 5 episodes ahead so I’m ready to have my mind changed anytime!

I can’t believe we were screaming about them pinkies touching just last week and calling them the most purest innocent whatever ever when these two nasties had their lips ALREADY swollen at the beginning of the kiss from how much they probably ALREADY kissed in previous takes 😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😭

so, I watched the movie, read a lot of twitter discussions/interpretations afterwards and then rewatched the movie a second time for better understanding. the only thing I still don't get is the scene where minato's mom says she is going to get something at the convenience store and minato leans down to pick his eraser from the floor, but when she comes back home (presumably not in a minute, cause she says "sorry, I'm late") he is still in the same position.
can anyone interpret this part for me? I feel like it's not something casual as nothing in the story really is, but I can't seem to make a connection with other significant moments in the timeline
