Here is my guess. Parawat and Khemika(the straight couple) loved each other, while Chayos, the male ghost, loved Khemika, but Rampheung, the Female ghost, loved Chayos. Chayos rejects her, and she feels anger towards Khemika, which leads to this curse. That's why Chayos tries to save Khem in his present state. Chayos and Paran (the present version of Parawat) seem to have beef like they might have had for Khemika.

The difference between you and I is that I don't need to hate something to feel valid online . We are enjoying fiction, you are starting fights. If this is your hobby maybe you should get a new one.
