As it stands he doesnt know ... yet... the little boys identity... n i doubt grandpa will tell anyone except the chairwoman.. fearing for Eun Cheongs safety. if your sstipulation does happen Hana will be seriously hated by Se Yeong n mom n Yu Jins father already knows the truth that his daughter died.
