Expected something more from the finale especially from the perspective of the crew, leading up to the release of the film. Where they watch the film in their respective theatres and subsequently talk about Lee Da Eum as a person over celebratory drinks. Perhaps even during the media cycle, etc

I understand wanting to be different and not show her last moments and the sadness that follows but a time jump felt uninspiring.

Good concept, bad execution.

I'm not disagreeing with you on this point. All i'm saying is that from all the available creatives in the industry, those teams in particular are the most suited to tackle something like Solo Levelling.

The directors aren't it.

For this to work you need the teams behind Moving, Alchemy of Souls & Parasyte.
