1) Show could’ve done without the foreign actors
2) The kidnapping scene was too makjang coded for my taste. There were really no other ways to prevent Yeong-Do from performing? Why hire russian thugs with guns?

i hate how heavy scenes are followed by melo songs or something comedic. All the build up angst at the end of the episode lost its potency.

Weakest episode of the show so far, weak episode in general.

Enjoying this so far, lovely cinematography and score.

Some of the miscommunication could’ve been handled differently (i.e the loan shark getting Bi O’s contact details) but i keep forgetting that they’re still prideful teenagers.

Other than that, wow, it’s been a while since a show had me glued to the screen.

Solid first episode outside of the opening scene with the same horrible russian actor smh.
