You are correct in what you said to Utahgal. Celebrities do have a recourse: the courts. Nitezens think because they are sitting in a bedroom or on a sofa, they are exonerated from being sued. Personalized, non-factual, malicious statements is slander. Their intent is to harm one’s character, employment opportunities, and welfare. It would only take one or two of these lawsuits to stop this stupid bullshid! Their mediocre, financial condition would not be criteria for stopping pursuit. I’d bring them to their knees!
Of all the childish blind .......SO RIDDLE ME THIS? What would happen IF she couldn't pay IMEDIATELY THE FULL…
You have conflated too many issues. First of all, in America, you are an adult at 18, can buy liquor at 21. No company would have assumed that debt. In contracts, are clauses of “behavior unbecoming”, which permits a company to decide however they choose regarding your employment. That said, I have always maintained, the company did not handle the debt properly. Ms Kim was unraveling, so they could have tabled it for another period, when she was stable. However, don’t know the laws impacting mental health in South Korea. If an involuntary hold was possible, perhaps a family member should have sought it. But she appeared unreachable and scattered, from the reporting, even as you have identified. At some point, you have to become responsible for your own behavior, or listen to someone. But that was not Mr Kim Soo Hyun’s problem, as you and others, want to make it. Stop emotionalizing the issue and stick to facts. Mary-Kate Olsen , Britney Spears, and many others have suffered public mental health crises, no American Company protected them.

I wrote a lot about the issue, on this medium, trying to explain to idiots, this was about extracting money from the actor. Previously, people paid money to make bad press go away, but they are now hipped to that game. Even if a story has some elements of truth, the Shid these cowardly Nitezens pull is criminal! As with Lee Sun-kyun. That was not only painful, but pissed me off. That was HIS life to work through.

Thank you so much. Glad a trial is occurring. Hope there is a guilty outcome. You just cannot upend one’s life, because you FEEL a certain way about an issue.
I don't really understand the Kim Seon Ho comparison because the chronology actually says the opposite of what…
Appreciate the sharing. I followed the story closely and commented on the marriage factor, above your statement. Was getting ready to say similar things, but you had itemized them well. Was impressed to see someone with discernible knowledge had provided major points.
Are you saying, her acting is so bad, she can’t even “fight”? She must be horribly bad, in your eyes. In the writeup of “Dochabi”, the ML “survives like a monster and fights like a ghost.” She (FL) “fights along side him, as a skilled fighter”. Which action you think she cannot portray? Monster or Ghost?
One simply has to stop reading all the stupidity, thrust upon this innocent actor. Yes, his team could have handled some things differently, but Mr Kim is not responsible for another’s untreated mental state. People need to stop conflating Mr Kim’s innocence, with others criminal acts. Inconsiderate and incongruous! GET A LIFE!

Fallon, here is a hug 🤗! You are absolutely correct in every word you spoke. Also, it amazes me how these non-sensical attackers, completely overlook Kim Sae Ron’s failed marriage and her returning to chasing Kim Soo Hyun. To continue blaming him for her unfortunate behavior and demise is asinine and unfair.
Prior to “Deep In”. I’d watched two other BL shows: “Love Is a Poison” and “Bittersweet Love”. I arrived at Deep In, by recommendations from Bittersweet Love comments. Thank you to those who saw the greatness of those actors. I was simply blown away. I kept checking for additional works by the MLs and the actor, who played Wu Rong. For a first outing, these guys were/are marvelous! And such intense scenes! BRAVO! Then, there is the unexpected, unique endings. Generally, I cut away to something else and return later. I binged all 12 Episodes. To ALL the actors: GREAT WORK!
This is really sad and a great loss. Loved all his works and would periodically check for new shows. Was hopeful for a Season 2 of “The Art of Negotiations”. At least we’re getting “Love Doctor”. I shall miss his smile and talent. Blessings and Prayers to his family.
Enjoyable movie, but sad. It’s unfortunate what kids endure. Divorce is horrible on kids. And when parents hold onto anger and are selfish, they are bad parents, as were these. Families should be made to go through therapy before divorce, when kids are involved. Was glad to see the bride and son step up and voice their concerns.
Well... unfortunately that wasn't a happy ending in my opinion. Lu Qing really just showed up after years and…
I guess it’s all in the eye of the beholder. I saw an exchange of love between the two. In Ep 12, LuQing explained those unfavorable acts towards Xi Fan were to move away from his parents demands of marriage to the female, so he could marry Xi-Fan.
