I could possibly understand struggling to have a relationship with the mother. However, he goes out of his way to make the family uncomfortable anytime they accidentally bump into each other. Running out of the bus when he sees the dad. Glaring at the mother whenever their eyes met. Throwing away food is the worst of them all. Forcing the two kids to breakup and watching them break down emotionally. That is how you behave when someone kills your love ones and gets away with it. Its been at least over 10 plus years since the mother drowned. This is not normal behavior.

the FL & ML are so cute together. Shout out to her parents. They greeted the ML respectfully even after the found out he was deaf. They waited to share their concerns until after the ML went home. They listened to their daughter and respected her decision even though they disagreed. This is how parents should be.

is it better to wait until S2 drops before watching this or can I start now? I just don’t want to be waiting if there’s some kind of cliff hanger.

I really don’t like people who deal with grief by turning vindictive and unnecessarily blaming the people around him. While we still don’t know the full circumstances surrounding the mothers death we do know that she died because of bad weather. The way the father is acting you would think the mother held her under water till she drowned. Now the only thing that matters is his own grief. He deprived his son from reaching his full potential and being with the woman he loves. He wants to isolate him from his second mother. He throws away the things he cherishs spitefully. This is what happens when you don’t accept death as a part of life.

He deserves to die painfully and slowly.

Yea I’m definitely suspicious of Luna as well. I just hope it doesn’t go the typical way and she actually likes the FL. TBH the FL is the only person that rocks with her and supports her so it would be a terrible betrayal.

Its not that she’s weird it’s that she feels guilty. I think the ml’s mom died probably saving her or she failed to save her. Don’t you see the awkwardness with the way she even interacts with the ML and his father? The ML’s dad said he had a grudge. She probably knows the dad asked the FL to break up with the ML. it’s definitely more out of concern and survive guilt as opposed to those weird parents that just want to control their children’s lives.

I feel so bad for the FL. All she wants to do is make good music and avoid the possibility of getting that disease. instead she has to deal with everyone in her life weaponizing all her trauma against her. Just when you thought the husband couldn’t getting any worse. To weponize her mother like that in front of everyone really showed what kind of person he is. The fact that someone could be married to you and do something like that is horrifying. I really hope this man dies a truly slow and painful death. Next up is the obsessed mistress. She so mad the the FL is not reacting to her threats and antics that she spends all day glaring at her from across the room. Now she wants to cosplay as a victim. Girl, we truly don’t care if you fall off a cliff. I hope that she gets exposed as the low down dog she is. She wants to bring that innocent child into a world where he will be branded as the child of a mistress. As for the ex-boyfriend I hate that he is using his power to harass her to being with him. however, I will say I love how he messes with the husband. The man is doing the lords work with that scum bag. I just hope we don’t also have to deal with his obsessed ex-wife. I’m also praying that Roo Na doesn’t turn out to be an obsessed student. The FL just needs some peace omg.

The second leads are unbearable. They serve no purpose besides forcing themselves into the lives of the leads. The SFL never really loved the ML cause look how quickly she is revealing his secrets. They could have done so much with the SFL. She could have been a great friend with her own love life and story. instead they decided to make her deranged and unstable. Same with SML. He could have been the family member she needed with his own life. I would love to see Korean writers write fully formed humans instead of the one track obsssed lover.

I had to drop it tbh. I just couldn’t take out unserious he was. I hate when the women has to do all the work in order to wake up the ML.

He does have a solid job. He teaches and he is a well respected artist that can actually make it big if he desired to do so. He clearly owns a nice home. I didn’t say the family can’t be concerned I’m just saying you should treat people kindly and express your concerns later.

2ML’s reaction was because he is in love with the FL. He was respectful every time he met the ML and interacted with him. The poor brother? Again, the man is deaf not a serial killler. That’s not even remotely atomic bomb information as you call it. As I said I’m not denying that the family can’t have any concerns. Even if you are shocked you can adjust yourself immediately and interact with people with disabilities like you would with anyone else. Once the meeting is over you can share your concerns with your loved ones. Instead the brother decided to ruin the entire night with his bad attitude and drink excessively. He then proceeded to just simply walk off. That’s not how anyone should treat a human ever.

I’m sorry but the bad guy isn’t compelling enough. It looks like he killed the ML in his past life and cursed the FL. What more does he want??? A grown man stalking children so he can torture them in the future for his dead lover from centuries ago. It’s really bringing down the show for me.

tbh the FL gives the vibe in every drama she’s in. She was the same in hospital playlist and reborn rich. Just something slightly depressing about her. I feel like this drama has that melancholy feeling so she’s not as bad.

I’m really disappointed at the brothers reaction. I can understand being concerned or being alarmed but the way he acted was extremely childish. When you get introduced to someone you should always be compassion, caring and interactive regardless of how you feel. Once the person departs you can give your friend/family the third degree. He acted like his sister brought a serial killer to the table. I just hope the drama doesn’t have a disapproving parent arch.

I’m on eps.3 and honestly the ML is insufferable. Growing up with all that wealth has him living in a completely different reality. Fake confessing in public to the FL without understand the consequences it would lead for her. Trying to cancel the wedding after the gifts were already sent and not understanding how this would impact the FL. Coming late to the wedding when his family is trying to avoid him marrying into the royal family which will be hell on earth for them. Asking for a divorce so causally again not even thinking about how this impacts her in society. He seems like an intelligent man I’m not understanding why it’s not clicking to him how big the threat the royal family is to him and his family. I can’t wait for his character to grow cause he is really frustrating at this point.

yea romance between the central characters but the best friends don’t also have to be secretly in love with the ML/FL as well. it’s okay to have them just be best friends unless it’s a best friends to lovers drama.

somebody introduce platonic relationships to Korea immediately. Does every man and woman have to fall in love or secretly pine away for each? Can they just genuinely be friends?

I’m on eps.14 and I’m wondering if I should keep going or save myself the time and energy since I’ve seen some spoilers regarding the ending. I don’t mind sad endings that make sense but I hate meaningless deaths. Please tell me if I should go on or stop now! thanks.
