I haven't watched it yet, but I've heard some news about it lol. It's on iQIYI, and last week it ranked #4 in the Global Top 10 Other-Language Dramas. It's been in the Top 10 for two weeks and is currently in the Top 10 in 32 regions. So I'd say it's doing pretty well. 🫡👏👏
Tomorrow Ashes to Crown will air, and next week The First Jasmine first premieres. The cdrama drought is finally over for me 🥳❤️ I'm so excited for both of them! Now I'm just hoping we get Blossom in Darkness🤞👀 this year too it would be absolutely perfect 😭❤️

I've only seen Chen Duling in a guest role in Love Game in Eastern Fantasy. She was so pretty 🫣❤️, and her acting was good, but her screen time was too short for me to fully judge her acting. Can't wait for this one the trailer looks amazing! ❤️
This has been on my watchlist for ages lol. Since most of the Cdramas I like still aren't airing, I'm back to Kdramas. I've watched 4 episodes so far, and it's so good! ❤️👏
Despite its dark theme, the drama takes everything surprisingly lightly😬😮💨. It follows a teenager caught between his mafia family and his desire to live as a normal, decent young man. The acting is below average not the worst I've seen, but I was definitely expecting more. At least the cast is good looking, though that wasn't enough to make up for the weak performances.😅 I've also seen clips from the pilot, and tbh it looks better than the final drama. For an 8ep drama, the pacing is slow. Maybe part of the reason is that I expected the characters to already be in college, but instead there's a lot of focus on school life. That said, I do sympathize with the characters. I can't imagine what it must be like to be born into that kind of family😓. It's frightening especially when the system meant to protect children is often portrayed as corrupt and easily influenced by money.🚶🏻♂️➡️🚶🏻♂️➡️ Overall it's a drama with a very dark premise, but it presents those themes in a much. lighter way than I expected. 😮💨
Kim Dong Won is doing an amazing job with his character 👏. He's a talented actor, and I really hope to see him in more projects. I can't wait to see what kinds of roles and dramas he takes on next. ❤️
It's a classic body swap story, but it's entertaining. The leads have great chemistry, and I wasn't expecting the kiss lol. It was actually pretty decent. 😆❤️
This is just a BL snack 😆. I watched 3 episodes, and I can already tell this was made for binge watching. The ratings will probably go up once all the episodes are released and more binge watchers join in lol.
Finally, a new Chinese costume fantasy drama🎊❤️! I've been waiting for one for so long. Lately all we've gotten are historical or modern dramas ( which is not that bad). I hope we get some new Xianxia dramas soon too, since it's my favorite Chinese drama genre. This is going to be good Bai Lu and Ryan Cheng are amazing actors, and just from the trailer, I can tell it's going to be amazing. 🔥

I’ve never seen a second couple get their own drama (or at least I don’t know any lol), but good for Thai productions. Hopefully Taiwanese ones do it more too 😅
Tbh, I just want them to continue their story, not start a whole new storyline. The writer did so well with the second couple I’m sure their ending will be satisfying hehe ❤️
I watched Ep3 yesterday, and it’s not bad so far, but... 😅 It’s a cute drama, just not enough plot for one episode a week. The three leads are absolutely adorable though, so I’ll probably come back once it’s finished airing ❤️
