It's funny, because some like the first batch more, others the second. To me it means the producers nailed the casting as you have a group for everyone. The show has done really well on Netflix, so I assume there will be a second season. Hope they keep the cast.
I mean....I havent ever watched reality TV ever. and I find this so exaggerated. I'm here after perfect crown…
1st episode is definitely chaotic because it is new to everyone. They eventually find a rhythm and the guests also end up helping them. I think the production could see how hard it was, because in the next 5 episodes to air this week they then get two more helpers (Hyori and her husband Sang Soon) for one of the one days.
He said on the roof "I'm not going to make it back from the farm when they take me", she already knows the farm from when he took a body to be eaten by pigs.
nope, this was the movie Colony with Ji Chang-wook at Cannes 😉
I mean 7 minutes is the standard time for clapping at Cannes. Joker Folie a Deux got an 11 minute standing ovation - 31% on rotten tomatoes, Megalopolis - 46% rotten score got a 10min standing ovation Neon Demon - 56% rotten score got 17min standing ovation Paperboy - 45% rotten score got 15min standing ovation
Vulture movie site, compiled what the clapping times mean. *5 Minutes or Less: By Cannes standards, this is often considered a tepid or disappointing reception. *6 to 10 Minutes: This is the festival average for a well-received film. *10+ Minutes: Reserved for films that the audience absolutely loves, deeply moves them, or features highly celebrated cast members. *The Record: The longest recorded standing ovation in Cannes history is an astonishing 22 minutes for Guillermo del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth in 2006
I will add, I really hope the film is incredible. I just don't buy into the clapping having any greater meaning,

Both got standing ovations, but then again so does every film shown at Cannes as it is customary for the festival. Even films that get 10% on rotten tomatoes can get 15min standing ovations, not a sign of quality.
Wait what? Isn’t this straight up the same thing as Kian Bizarre B&B?
From what I understand, in Korea this is called Jae Seoks camp, the B&B portion was only added for international audiences. The Korean title gives the impression that it will be more like the American summer camps where you do activities and have camp counselors and do team building events etc...
Info on some of the characters: *Song Kang Ho stars as Choi Young Il, a diligent civil servant with a magical touch for reviving dying plants. *Koo Kyo Hwan plays Kim Moon Ho, the neighborhood’s biggest troublemaker who causes chaos wherever he goes *Song Seung Heon takes on the role of Han Cheong Yong, a celebrity whose career takes a downward turn after an unexpected incident *Lee Kwang Soo, a character who becomes entangled with Choi Young Il *Shin Hyun Been heightens the tension as the mysterious Kang Mi Ae *Kim Byung Chul plays Yeom Byung Chul, Young Il’s coworker *Park Ju Hyun transforms into energetic police officer Jung Hae Ri, who brings vitality to the village *Lee Ji Hyun will portray Moon Ho’s mother Bae Mi Hwa, *Kim Sung Kyun stars as the sly police chief Park Kyung Gam
New season began filming in Jeju Island 😆https://x.com/i/status/2044430976613556590
Is this taking place over multiple weekends like the first season? I ask because I see Park Bo-young was going to Jeju island for a commercial shoot, but she says she will be there for a few days which would be perfect to help the boys out, considering how close she is with Kwang Soo.
