i just happen to see this comment. yep he granted it. I respect him for that side. He knew how Jing weigh in XY's heart. He acted as their mentor. And if he didn't he would not be the full XL for novel version ...therefore no need to for him to end up with XY.

Yep thats what I think when first watching. And even after rewatching several times of YaoLiu, as much as I respect XL, I still could not find him a good romantic partner as some comments are prasing him to be. This drama is different and there should not mixed up with other theory. But I take it as my own personal thing. The way he hurt WXL to me resemble of those real life abusers. and even in the second half of the story, to me, he still has controlling behavior towards. And I definetly do not think that his way of breaking her mirror, (memory ), not to let her know his feelings, treat her rough to the very end as extreme. I'd prefer he better let her decide to keep this memory or how to set her feelings herself. I find this behavior, a bit controlling up to end. In real life he reminds me of those romantic composer with all romantic feelings but could not actually become a good romantic life partner of someone. But thats just my personal opinion of one arc of XL character.

And your opinion of "they" or us Jing fans act as he's real life our bf, if the words sounds like that u..., its not different from how XL fans are fantasizing him here. Don't you think its sounds like that to them especially if you go compare your fav better than theirs. Is it not like you are downgrading their likes, dont you think so? Boring maybe your opinion, but weak ..um..the other side has different view about it on it is all explained. Therefore, some may see immediately and think why cant you see it their way. I m only talking what I am seeing these days on mdl. Dont tell me to go see comments 3 or 4 months ago. Besides, how would you , in other perspective, go all dreamy of what they think is abusive. B* is not a good word to call somebody even on online. However, its not good to overally go badly criticized the character which sometimes sounds one has become out of plot to the other side of the viewers. That may annoyed the other side. Because we all are invested in the drama.
