Tired tropes: arrogant actor star, boring nerd boy, overzealous fujoshi, wrongfully placed kiss, couple that can't even make out after they agree to be together because the producers were too cowardly. Honestly, the idea that these characters were even SLIGHTLY interested in each other is totally unsupported by zero chemistry shown on screen and little in the story besides the fact that one takes care of the other out of a sense of duty to his parents. And Edison Song's inability to express anything is comical. These guys end up together in the last 2 minutes of the series, yet all they do is HUG? Wow, such fire! And when we see Cheng Qing in History 3, there's no reference to whether these two characters had a relationship that went anywhere. Why? Well, given what we see here, I highly doubt they did!
