This is a must watch fr!!
There is nothing to say to this drama but a JOB WELL DONE! This left on me a deep impression—it's a raw as well as emotional adventure, not just another youth drama, that stayed with me long after the final episode. Qiao Qingyu was a determined yet quiet 16-year-old, so she hunted around for the truth about her sister’s strange death. This was truly both a heartbreaking and an empowering experience of sorts. The story tackles themes that happen to be heavy like AIDS stigma also family shame, together with harsh realities faced by women. It shows these matters with frankness and care, particularly inside country societies. As Qingyu, Zhang Jingyi's quiet strength stood all the way out, and for Ming Sheng, Zhou Yiran’s portrayal of the classmate who helps her and is misunderstood added warmth and tension. I liked how the drama did not depend on romance for its plot since it showed how grief was strong as it found hidden truths. It has a slow pace, yet is mindful in making each scene full of meaning. Reborn evoked tears along with thoughts, but most of all, evoked care. Consider watching it: it will transcend mere entertainment, addressing deep themes if you seek drama.

A Beautiful Story That Deserved a Better Goodbye
I really enjoyed A Splendid Match overall. The drama had a lot going for it, beautiful cinematography, gorgeous costumes, a solid cast, and leads with amazing chemistry. The romance was sweet without feeling overly cheesy, and I liked that the relationship was built on trust and mutual respect. The political and family conflicts kept things interesting, and for the most part, the pacing was good. The cast also did a fantastic job. Even the supporting characters felt memorable, and many of them had storylines that made you care about what would happen to them. That's actually why the ending was so disappointing.
My biggest issue is that the ending felt way too rushed. After spending dozens of episodes developing these characters and their relationships, the finale wrapped everything up so quickly that it barely gave the audience time to process anything. It honestly felt like the story was cut short.
Several important character arcs never received the resolution they deserved. There were relationships that needed proper closure, lingering conflicts that were brushed aside, and supporting characters whose endings were either implied or completely skipped. Instead of giving us satisfying conclusions, the drama seemed to jump straight to the finish line.
It's frustrating because the journey was genuinely enjoyable. The writers spent so much time building the world and making us emotionally invested in these characters, only to rush through the part where all that investment should have paid off. Even just one or two more episodes could have made a huge difference by giving everyone the closure they had earned.
That said, I don't think the rushed ending ruins the entire drama. The performances, chemistry, visuals, and emotional moments throughout the series are still worth watching. I just wish the finale had slowed down enough to let the story breathe and properly conclude the characters' journeys.

This could be a lot better...
When I waited for this drama to air, I was really full of anticipation as it has a great casting, and the story line seems to be interesting. What I really didn't appreciate about this drama is how it felt like a documentary and in all honestly it really focused on the life and practices of the firefighters and not the romance/drama itself. If I can delete every filler scene in this drama, the drama would only be 5 episodes max with only the main leads. Another thing I didn't like is how the build-up of their relationship was, as it felt like it was rushed and not very dynamic conversation between the main leads, it only become interesting because of the good acting and the chemistry of both main leads. With that aside, ZJY is one of my favorite stars in the moment and her acting is incredible in this drama but because of a poor story line and script it was really sad to see one of her dramas in a low rating in this site. JH is also a really good choice for these kinds of drama, and in all the dramas about firefighters that was released this year JH is one of the actors that showed a very natural manly vibe and suited the role.
In terms of the ending, I really did feel that he will die at the end as he always stated that his life belongs to the country as it foreshadowed the ending already.
