The most painful conversation (if the translation is correct), is the conversation between Lada's mother and father where her father says being gay isn't a flaw and her mother's retort was "to her, it is"... that is soo soo hurtful.
episode 6 feel so rushing, so fast Earn forgave Lada and no explanation. Tan avoiding Wisanu lmao. Evil mother…
I think that fast accepting Lada back is realistic... at least if there's someone that I'm in love so much with and been forced to be apart, sometimes it doesn't take much to let her back in. Plus at that point, Earn still has a secret that is kept from Lada... Lada's evil mom's threat.
I think the show is being dragged down by pacing issues and poor storytelling choices. Also, most of the time…
Yes... the scriptwriters and producers really messed this one up. I did notice how some of the supporting characters that they were building up just disappeared. Honestly, I think that giving the supporting characters like Samorn and Mali a bit more flesh and interaction outside of the main couple is okay, I do dislike how Mali's baby is always brought up usually just for the sake of her hanging up or leaving the group.
We do see the spark of chemistry when in dream sequences but I agree, it could have been done much much better in terms of managing pacing and yes, FayMay has way more chemistry off camera when they are together. It's still entertaining and I do hope 3 more episodes will help the show redeem itself with viewers.
I don't think it's a bad series and am still watching it. I think the actresses did a great job, but the adaptation / screen writer maybe dragged the denial and background stories a bit too much. Cos from comments in Youtube and here, most expect action by at latest, episode 3. Only thing I actually wished they had more originality to, is the music, recycling mostly GAP.
I hate it when they call it a "scandal"... these are hard-working HUMANS, that also have a life outside of their…
I'm also curious about the usage of the word "scandal" this isn't a scandal... both are single... both are successful... which leads me to asking this question since I'm not super familiar with the K-entertainment scene... are these performers not allowed to date as they please as long as both are single and available? Or is it controlled by their agencies too who they can date etc?
