She didn't work up comfortably, u know i head the sea has current deep in the ocean, her leg actually moved befor she fully worked up , so my guess is she had a water shock but also she has been doing this for years , which means she might have been in that situation before so it comes to her natural on how to react on such occasion, this is fiction so there are bond to see some mistakes. In all sense we were not supposed to see the diving scenes based on the book it being adapted from, this is a given
