I agree with you on this one. Such a contrast between their chemistry and their forced kissing scenes; it looks like step siblings trying to kiss, I don't think they've liked doing the kissing... just seems that way to me.

Yep, I feel exactly the same way. I think I will watch the final episode (and skip the ones in between) only after someone spoils the ending; hopefully it's a "happy" one, although I don't think I would be able to truly call it happy ending anymore, to be honest. I'm very sensitive to somewhat sudden tonal shifts from relatively happy to depressing, lol.

I'm with you on this one. I cannot continue either. It started off so nicely and it turned dark quickly. I wanted something soothing and healing like Secrets Happened on the Litchi Island. I hope that this director will produce more BL dramas, because these 2 works are simply amazing.

I agree with the rest, the kisses are not that great at all, but at least everything else is cute enough to make up for that.

Yeah, I actually had to skip some of the scenes because I couldn't stop bawling. I might come back and rewatch it, but I fast forward some important bits because I was a mess, lol.

I actually wish that the second couple had more screen time and more of a developed story, contrary to the general opinion. I quite like them.

This comment section convinced me to put the drama on hold for now. I won't be able to handle the heartbreak, I'm too invested in this show.

I'm with you on that one. I prefer the witty and smart FL's character in SYIM 19th life, althought I do love KTL as well. I'm just leaning more towards the former.
