I hope they give us a clearer explanations in the future episode.

According to some theories Im Sol’s family was informed. She did receive a post but before she could open it, she was called to the police station.
The taxi driver was the one who bumped into Sol and broke her phone. In this timeline you can also see the man who bumped into Sol stopped walking. So, I guess it is indeed him. And I agree with your theory of the taxi driver following Im Sol but when he saw Seonjae, he wanted to get rid of him first.
But there is one thing I do not understand. In the first timeline, Sol was definitely a random victim but in the second timeline, the taxi driver literally was fixated on her. Is he obsessed with her? Is there something we missed?

I thought the same that he wasn't caught but I didn't think that he tried to kidnap her again. This theory makes sense and also explains why she time travelled to their college time, But I hope that this time both of them will time travel or just Seonjae. I think it is likely that Seonjae might time travel based on the watch shown in this episode and also since Sol does not have Seonjae's watch anymore.

In the previous timeline, he was caught and sent to jail but I am guessing he got released and came for revenge on Seonjae. In this timeline however, I feel like he was never caught (maybe someone else was caught in his place?) The reason I believe this, is because in this timeline no one actually saw his face. Seonjae did not see the taxi driver's face and neither did the past Im Sol. She only had the keys but no memory of the actual accident.

I am in love with the episode. It literally took me about three hours to complete the episode. I was rewatching the scenes. One thing is clear, it was definitely murder. I think it was definitely the taxi driver.

I really do hope that if they time travel again, then it should be both of them or Seonjae. Also Inhyuk has a partner now. Seonjae's manager and Inhyuk will be troubled together now. I loved the scene where Im Sol shouted at the manager and made him take her flowers.
Also, I hope to see Seonjae's POV in tomorrow's episode. And damn someone was indeed in the bathtub, thankfully it was Inhyuk.

I know it’s quite early for a happy ending and she might have to time travel again. But after watching the still cuts, I really do not want them to separate or something bad to happen.
