Honestly, I watched all the way to episode 9 only to end up at the last episode. It was so long and ugh, frustrating.…
Same, I have never found a good romance based thai drama. the only thai drama i loved was F4 thailand (remake of BOF) and enigma s1 & s2 (horror series)

Every time I choose to watch Thai drama, I get reminded why I don't like them.

Everyone just sucks here. Every time the guys can't handle his exes, then they are sweet and lovey-dovey. The ex is simply evil, and the fact that if she is unhappy (mind you, because of her choices), she doesn't get a pass to ruin other people's happiness, especially her ex. And this statement is made only once in this entire drama, which is again never brought up. You have to face the consequences of your actions, but drama never properly addresses them. Instead, it shows why she is doing this in a way that makes you feel sad for her, and at times, you genuinely do. However, her actions keep getting worse and worse.

The main couple is also not good; since the beginning, they haven't trusted each other. Their love is so strange—once a conflict occurs, they immediately accuse each other of cheating (making me wonder if having a mistress is common in Thailand). I also feel it's unnecessarily long because the conflict is like it never resolves; one thing happens, and then they deal with new BS without resolving anything. Also, every time she asks if he is hiding something (clearly showing she is feeling insecure), you should figure out how to create a sense of security rather than going, "I love when you are jealous." Yes, she might be jealous, but she is also asking you not to lie multiple times, and you still actively choose to lie just to save an old, broken relationship and harm the new, possible relationship you are interested in creating and maintaining. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Bro, make it make sense. You want to be goody-to-shoes to your ex when your current partner, friends, and everyone in your present life are asking you to tell the truth and not make it worse.

Also, the grandmother said nothing to him when he fucked up after proposing; when in the beginning, she said she wanted to test when his ex came to the office for the very first meeting.

Phim's bf, girl, what kind of shared delulu are you both living in? I understand your friend is making mistakes, but why are you actively helping her when she is clearly wrong, and I saw you addressing that, but never actively.

If you have watched the first S1, Tul (Bright's character) uses butterflies to keep an eye on things, just like Ajin uses Bees

Title Enigma Black Stage Spoiler
if that old man who made the dress is the enigma and he was trying to find a body to take over, what was the s1…
Enigma had his plan to find the body. But at the same time, people who practiced dark magic had already chosen Enigma as their leader, hence naming the group that.

They are recruiting others, and S1 was an example of how the Enigma group moves, how they find vulnerable people, and how they can take advantage of using them as tools later (like Jew and Mayday were in S2).

Namsine’s case was different. Ajin came in between, and Namsine was free of the Enigma group, but in S2, he couldn't save Anya, who wanted to leave the group but couldn’t. So, see it as a pyramid where Enigma sits on top, then characters like Madam Kosum, Tul, maybe more, are in the top tier, then people like Ratt, then people like Anya and Yihwa, then come those who are vulnerable and can be used as tools in the big scheme of Enigma. (Which is exactly not explained in S2 what that was.)

It wasn't Enigma controlling them in S1; it was Enigma's people controlling them, trying to spread their beliefs. S1 probably had Tul commanding them and was the one helping Namsine, like Madam Kosum doing the same with Jew and Mayday. Ajin was looking for the Enigma group, so he stumbled upon the case of S1, and similarly in S2, because the Enigma group was interested in that dress. Ajin was not aware that the dressmaster was Enigma.

Now, the interesting detail I noticed that made Shu Yan's wish make more sense was the time Yu Xuan woke up after…
It's easy missed detail about the time he woke up but camera kept focusing on that in same manner as other key moments happening that day so that got me curious and I started to notice the time details. I'm happy you like this

Wait, yihwa??? Was it confirmed that yihwa is also part of enigma?? Then, why help fa in season 1..?
There was an ending scene in S1 where we see Enigma people Tul, Anya, and Yiwha keeping an eye on Ajin. So maybe that's why she helped Fa, so tell Engima about like how powerful Ajin is

To the confused soul out here.

Enigma was an entity that created the group of people who practice black magic and have gone completely to the dark side. Enigma did not possess anyone in season 1.

Season 1 Namsine made a deal with people working for the Enigma group, and she was casting a spell on students. Not Enigma. Imagine a mafia gang where one person is leader (Enigma) and then there are sub leader (Madam Kosum & Tul Bright’s character and many more) then lower than that ( like Ratt) then more people like (Anya and Yiwha) then vulnerable peoples who signs to work with them for their own gain like (Namsine, Jew, Mayday).

This!!! I also thought prior to this season that he was an Enigma and that there are more than one Engimas out…
I wonder why you felt that? Since the beginning, it’s clear Enigma was like a group with a leader. Tul was not the leader but like higher up. Bright’s character is Tul. Read the comment right next to this and you'll see what I mean. Also even though Tul was not present this season their are scenes with the butterfly which like Ajin uses bee, Tul uses to keep an eye on things

Omg what an show!! This was my first 10/10 drama of the second half of 2025 and easily one of the most unique…
Have you watched Revenant starring Kim Tae Ri? If not I think you will love that. Like Enigma, this kdrama also uses story, screenplay, and twists to bring the haunting and eerie feeling rather than relying on body horror and jump scares. Each episode is packed with unpredictable twists and is highly entertaining

Title Yesterday Once More Spoiler
Shu Yan wished for them to never have met and fall in love. They did end up having that happen, it was just delayed.…
Yes, because with every reversal, the only thing that changed was time, as every other key moment of that day kept happening the same way.
Her falling, them almost crashing on a green light, the button falling, him finding out about the author, her mom finding her career change, and then the accident.

Hinting viewer that time was the only aspect that was changing and can work as a possible trade-in, but are they willing to make that choice? She somehow was able to make that sacrifice because Yu Xuan didn't. He would rather choose her to stay alive. (True to his character cause in times of adversity, he always chose her to stay out of it, exactly like their relationship)

Now, the interesting detail I noticed that made Shu Yan's wish make more sense was the time Yu Xuan woke up after every reversal.
He always woke up 15 minutes earlier than the last one, so originally it was 9:30, then it went to 9:15 and 9:00. Regardless of this, the same things happened, but what changed was the time of death for Shu Yan.
So, rather than Yu Xuan waking up earlier and having more time with her, Shu Yan kept dying 15 minutes earlier than the original timeline; that was the only change in each reversal. Making a point that time can be traded in if they want to make that wish.

Because with every reversal, the only thing that changed was time, as every key moment of that day kept happening the same way.
Her falling, them almost crashing on a green light, the button falling, him finding out about the author, her mom finding her career change, and then the accident.

Hinting viewer that time was the only aspect that was changing and can work as a possible trade-in, but are they willing to make that choice? (True to his character cause in times of adversity, he always chose her to stay out of it, exactly like their relationship)

(How I know Shu Yan died earlier with the first reversal at 9:15. Yu Xuan wanted to rush out of the police station to save Shu Yan; he remembered her original time of death. However, he was notified about the accident that had happened earlier and was surprised to hear that. Not only that, the first responder also made a point with each other, she died 15 minutes ago when they were at the accident scene.)

This comment is for future viewers. When you finish the movie and have a questions, when it makes no sense that…
How come they are together?
It’s simple, as shown in the movie: she found the loophole- "sacrificing their time together". This means that even later in life, she will still remember those five years and her sacrifice, while he will not. This also confirmed when Yu Xuan met her at her bakery, he didn't remember her, while she remembered everything; it’s similar to how Shu Yan didn't remember the first two reversals. The theme was never about sacrificing each other or only one could live; rather, if they want to save someone, it will cost them something, so are they willing to take that risk? She understood that and came up with the loophole of letting go of Yu Xuan and never finding him.

So how come he went to the bakery?
NOTICE THE DATE when that exact thing happened, it was Jan 1st 2023. When January 1, 2023, arrived, it marked a new day (new beginning) for both of them; cause together they never moved past December 31, 2022.
As before that, Yu Xuan's wish kept them stuck on the same day, while Shu Yan's wish took them five years back. So when the new year came, they effectively skipped their doomsday, as it was not that one of them would die the next day or later just because they survived that particular day. The movie shows that their doomsday was supposed to happen on that "particular" day. (It's not as if they will never die, but for now, they have made it past the doomsday, somewhat akin to what happens in "Lovely Runner" or "Perfect Marriage Revenge.")

Just like their older version said, what is destined to happen will happen. They were destined to meet, but one of them was destined to die on December 31, 2022. Which, due to Shu Yan's wish, they actively skipped, and since she wished upon the candle that she never met him. The fate considered that sacrifice and made sure that they didn't meet at the time being.
