After watching the drama episodes and fan reactions, reviews, I feel sorry for flora ( sun qian ) , the drama made like she was at fault or red flag for not recognizing Luke as boyfriend and made actions on her own despite his affection . In my opinion, the novel makes her less vulnerable and more mature person. In novel, it was both who concealed as FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS and have freedom for themselves.Who would want to reveal their status? Luke knows that Flora loves him from the beginning.In that status, does she have the right or power as his girlfriend ? Both don’t confirm their status despite love. I feel that Luke is at fault.

It may seem a bit rude about breaking the bad news. In my opinion, every one has the right to choose or know for their personal decision or wish in order that we won’t have any regrets about it. What if they disclosed the fact, then the person suffering had no choice.
