173) Shine for the departed. Bizarre twist. Some robbers stopped the cart at the side of the road and wanted to rape the passenger. Prince saved them and then fucked her at the side of the road. She got pregnant with twins then years later she was rediscovered, most of the bloody thing was held in court them trying to figure out if it's true. balls. https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9b6c8q
171) Micro with same kid as 170 Yang Xin Yan 杨心妍 Called Test Subject Reborn as a Little Girl—Now Her Powers Are Making the Family Thrive https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPCHir55HYM Show kicks off with some laboratory having a bad day. 2 kids are on operating table. Then it kicks off by showing that a deceased child in the past wakes up. The family is a sub-branch of an exiled family. Cool guy is Grandpa Poison. Anyway, they beat exiles from the main family who try a few dirty tricks like burning crops etc., turns out there's a rebellion in progress and eventually they cutie save the emperor by killing a few monks with bells. anyway, cuteness factor awesome. a few good moments for others too.
166) Micro.Yang Miemie and Wang Yige, a fairy goddess, traveled through the novel and became a cannon fodder female supporting role. With her superpowers, she abused the scum along the way and reincarnated 7 times, just to protect the one she loved and save the world. https://vkvideo.ru/video-224588895_456240444 That's the one where she kicked some girl, her brother & stepmother into the pool. Then rang up her grandfather. Instead her uncle turned up and brought her to the house. There was some bullying attempts but her grandfather turned up. Anyway she was able to talk with animals and that helped her out a bit. For example when someone was trying to steal documents and placed drugs in her grandfather's house. Then it turned a little weird the second girl was apart of some monitor system which is an alien sentient being. And it kind of got weird after that. In the end her memory had to be restarted she said now that the Chi family's story went back to original story-line and she is happy that everything is sorted. The monitor said identity is about to restart, are you ready. she says ready. Weird 8.5 is probably too much.
167) Yang Miemie & Yu Long. She saved CEO's grandmother from some scammers then quickly got married etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXPIVk9l4kw Micro. Kicks off with a girl dragging a bag of cement on a building site. Flashbacks are shown of her family members telling her that she doesn't need to study but just get married. Then it switches over to some business lad who is informed that his grandma went awol. And then we see a scammer trying to sell some pendant to an old lady under the premise that it's a cure for everything. FL steps in and chases him away. Grandma is approached by ML and FL throws water bottle at his head. Anyway, ML says he'll pay tuition fees if she marries him. She agrees and relationship went way too fast to be realistic, but fair enough. He pretends to be CEOs driver. Then we get usual bs, with family members attempting to set her up, mistaken situations of his status. Old acquaintances mistakenly think that she is trash and she shows them up. Eventually everything is sorted and get married properly. It's alright. 8.5
well, even in common law just because contract is signed there's still plenty of room for discussion if it aligns…
I think someone pointed it out below that she might not have mental strength or finances to go up against this company in court. Even if she goes to court and wins, it could be a "Pyrrhic victory" in the sense that it plays along with the company's narrative of her being confrontational/unreliable/toxic person that shouldn't be in the industry. Hence they ignore her attempts to end it amicably and she is forced to make it public. Can't say if it'll be effective. Tough choice either way.
well, even in common law just because contract is signed there's still plenty of room for discussion if it aligns…
well locking her up to perform exorcism probably falls under criminal law but possibly could be used as evidence of coercion & duress. In Ireland we got common law & some european directives with regard to employment contracts. I'm pretty sure China would have something similar. I'm not a lawyer so nothing i say is a legal advice. I juts had to learn a bit long time ago. Anyway, coercion & duress means consent isn't free so it could void a contract. Where she had mental capacity to sign the contract could be another point. Another reason is "Impossibility": if unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to fulfill the contract, it may be ruled unenforceable. So, if someone broke a leg it's obvious that they can't do a dance show. A bit different withm ental health though, especially if company believes someone could be possessed by demons. hilarious.
There are more terms (i think about 14 in total?) whether there is something similar or not in China, my favourite one is Unconscionability. It doesn't apply just to corporations but to normal employee contracts as well. Like, if someone says oh we'll hold copyright on anything you produce during your term of employment whether it was done as part of employment or not. My fav is something along the lines of when you leave you can't work for similar company in the industry.
Anyway i'll just quote: Unconscionability arises when one party is at a significant disadvantage during negotiations, leading to an agreement on terms that are grossly unfair. For instance, a contract between a large corporation and a small business, where the latter has limited bargaining power, may be deemed unenforceable if the terms unduly favour the stronger party. It’s important that the contract does not cause a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations.
BTW, I agree with you. i was disagreeing with the OP. Just because a contract is signed doesn't mean one has to grin and bear it.
well, even in common law just because contract is signed there's still plenty of room for discussion if it aligns…
i don't know about other countries but in "common law" jurisdictions signing under emotional duress would be one of the grounds for contract termination. just like if parties misinterpreted the termswhen they were signing it. So, again just because contract is signed it doesn't mean that it's the end of story and nothing can be done. And there there's plenty of room for discussion ... in court. For more info google "unenforceable terms in contract". COuld be interesting reading.
Also, ift hey interpret her health issues under morality clauses it would open a whole other set of arguments.
Again, I don't knpw how contract law in China aligns with western systems, but I'm pretty sure they would have similar tests.
While i sympathise with the pain she's going through. A contract is a contract. However unfair. She signed it
well, even in common law just because contract is signed there's still plenty of room for discussion if it aligns with the spirit of the contract, bargaining power, good faith, fair dealing etc.,,, essentially did their expectations of how the agreement was going to work in practice align. i'm guessin in china it's also a very hazy legal area that' s why she wished she went to authorities earlier.
from googled tidbits to me situation looks like this (true or not): When she got sick and couldn't fulfill her obligations to endorsers, she personally had to pay penalties for it. Unclear if it's the full sum or not.
Then, they told her something along the lines of you can't be losing us anymore money get yourself together otherwise we'll make sure you'll never work in this industry again. Since you're not working you have to compensate us the lost earnings. Because GCE has managerial control over her company they were able to simply withdraw $200K of her money as compensation without giving her an opportunity to dispute/refuse. So if they set up a meeting for thursday week in some school to meet a bunch of kids. Condition would be along the lines of: it's OK if you can't make it for health reasons but we'll take 5K out of your account as compensation. If you don't like how we provide you with opportunity to earn money - pay us $54M and we'll stop "helping" you to find work.
In any case interpreting it this way sounds like a really odd contract. Maybe it's because she is having mental issues and they think that she is faking itand they can pressure her a bit . Not sure how it would roll if (God forbid) she had some serious accident.
Again, it's just my impression fo situation not sure if it's true or not.
do you by any chance have a subs file you could share?
hi. well, I'm guessing yt & dm is trying to remove music etc., so the sound is pretty messed up. all other versions that i was able to find are either incomplete or have custom music added. anyway finally found version with original sound, but ... it only has burned-in cn subs. at the moment i kinda remember what they say but i doubt it'll be the case 3 months down the line. so yeah, would handy to keep for reference. if you don't have it, well no worries.
Thanks! LOL maybe I’ll skip 17 and 18 then. Nobody likes those 2episodes!
eh? i like them. e17 shows them finally being comfortable with each other & e18 is essentially the set up for e19's prison extravaganza. if you skip e18 your next question will be how did they get there :D
"glued together with another episode" yes. like one of the first versions floating around had embedded ads from hunan tv where characters were introducing next block after an ad-break. so i guess that's how it got padded a bit. also, i remember it had missing scenes in early episodes.
Can someone please tell me how long is 56th episode and what happens exactly? Do they get happy ending in 55th…
There are 2.5 endings floating around.
LZY is waiting around for him and on the anniversary goes to the well.
First ending there's a roar from the well someone calling her name, and the sword flying out of the well.
Second ending, continues from the first showing that MQ is back and they plan to put the sword back into the well. The two of them using their energy I guess to suppress it. So MQ is shown floating in the imaginary "sea of despair" and finally letting go of the sword.
"0.5" end is is showing a boy and a girl eating sour apples recreating a scene how their mother and father met.
But yeah it's very hard to find a proper version of this, the one I saw was on youtube fresh drama channel . but yeah at the time I thought it was jumbled up by someone intentionally.
That version was 42:08 including intros & outros.
On IQIYI there are 55 episodes but the ending is correct, reason why there's a discrepancy between episode numbers is because some scenes were cut from earlier episodes and glued together. For example when Sima Rong's place was attacked there is a scene where Zhao Yao prevents Lin Zi Yi (captain of the guard) from unmasking Qin Zhi Yan. This one is missing, I'm guessing there were a few more but this one is memorable because it's being referenced further in the story.
Check APrincessFromMars post & links I don't know where she got the version with those scenes.
Interesting concept but, christ, ML looks like a 12 year old. Who the hell did his make up. Some scenes were really hard to watch. Particularly in the real world setting.
These "reborn revenge" dramas become repetitive, how many of these same story line, get old quick. I thought…
Well I don't think it's a bad thing per se. As far as minis & micro dramas go I think it's about giving new actors a chance to get some experience with familiar plot. Personally I care more about execution really and the little differences like costumes, characters maybe humour. In any case, it's a relatively cheap way to try out new ideas, like, I'm pretty sure princess royal isn't the first one to come up with this plot either.
Asking for help to clarify, which version is betterYouTube combined Or IQIYI?
well if you have a choice i'd go with iqiyi. youtube versions are usually intolerable because of muted sound or some weird hollowed out effects. iq allows skipping of intro/outro so yt-version's being merged probably isn't going to make a difference. that said, show is just about alright.
