Humans may change but they don't change over night. There is no conflict resolution, there is just the lazyness of the author or the script-writers to make it as fluffy in the end as possible.
Of course there are aspecs of the series, which are not bad, but for me story is king and the story is bad. I don't care about the actors, it does not matter if they are cute or handsome. Also of course they use only visual appealing people, there are no BL series where "normal" people would ever get a main role. But I don't care about that, when the story is not a good one, the series is not good. Period., I may have missed it, but where are the rune-stones coming from? Why does he go to a fortune teller with stones? He could have went to a fortune teller using cards or using other items. No, it's the stones he has himself. Why does he put so much faith in them?
And then we have the scammers who were cringe², the whole grandpa and grandma arc was something out of a trash novel. It should be funny but it was only cringe, bearable watchable. They mix and match without need and it goes into extremes, it's either extreme cringe or just good. But the few good parts can't offset the bad parts for me.
I never mentioned the actors, who are just decent, There is no great acting of any of them. The chemistry was also just ok, there was not really a spark between any of the couples. I rant a lot of most GMMTV or Domundi productions but what they deliver is chemistry. I would have wished for example that Mr. to be idol would have a scene where we see his idol skills. We only see him singing and that's it, but idols need also to dance - he never did. That would have been a huge investment to train him and this was not a high budget series at all.

That's really facininating to know there are people with a nose who can differenciate the ingridiences and remake the same fregance and of course much cheaper than most things you can buy.
