I think it has something to do with their family dynamic. Although being twins Nant must have hated his brother in his heart. Like usually it happens in movies, one twin is jealous or dislike the other always. I wonder if they ever watch what they have directed, or everything just seems perfect to them. Also, it's not necessary to show nxdity to make a NC scene hot. You can do it without showing a lot as well just change the camera angle and I believe what the audience wants is not these unnecessary cringe NC scenes but a good and strong direction and acting.
