@manichan What if the bully turns out to be a useful character as he has been shown as a main lead maybe he might be the police and even if he is not the police and chances of him being a doctor is very low but he might surely be a citizen right and anyhow mafia's have to kill a citizen every night and the citizen numbers are decreasing and if they just kill a character because he is a bully and lose a potential character then what will happen....maybe that's the reason why they are not eliminating him.
