Personally, I'm not really satisfied. I don't like the direction the story took after Episode 29. I know Yinqing is a villain, but I don't like how they made his character do a complete 180. I also don't like how they killed off two of Yinggua's close friends when they didn't die in the book.
Actually, I think this story would have been much better without the Zhongwan plot. If it had just focused on women's careers and let Meng Tinghui be a truly ordinary woman, that would have been more empowering. Somehow, all her hard work feels diminished the moment everyone finds out that she's the Princess of Zhongwan.
Seriously the ML thinks too hightly of a FL. The FL and her brother should just stick together and not ruin anyone's life. (Off-topic but I can only see FL's hair. It's so thick I wonder how long it takes to dry)
I actually like the side characters, like Seul, Yoon So-hee, and the Pluto crew. I really like Seul and I feel bad for her. It’s not easy to find such a devoted partner like that. And even though I hate when a character decides what’s “best” for the other person, I do understand Seung-taek, but he should have done it much earlier if he was going to do it, not after they’ve been together for around 10 years and are about to get married.
Song Ha-gyeong’s character development is really nice. I’m glad she’s willing to change that much, whereas Baek Do-ha still has a lot of work to do on himself. And lastly, I feel bad for Baek Do-young. He’s such a good brother and friend. Even though he hasn’t appeared much, it’s sad that he’s no longer with us.
Ha Gyeong seems more mature and grounded when she’s with the lawyer. With Do Ha, they’re both toxic to each other, constantly driving one another to make bad choices, just like So Hee said. They should let go of the past and start fresh.
The female thinks she’s the center of the universe. She knew Do-young died, and the first thing that came to her mind was how Do-ha deceived her, instead of thinking about his feelings. That’s literally his twin brother. As for Do Ha, he seems like a masochist.

Did ML or FL die?
