Just started this, so far it check-marked all the classical tropes of this genre, the plot is VERY predictable lol. At least the leads are cute, but not enough for me to continue watching unfortunately 😻

It's a dark romance drama, and the leads have a love and hate relationship that is very angsty and emotionally draining, at least for me it's like that.

This drama is amazing, complex, intense and the chemistry omg, but at the same time I'm so f**king exhausted and depressed because of it lool

Lol, I usually watch what I can on Viki with timed comments on, and there are so many complainers in absolutely every drama it's exhausting. The more popular the cast is, the more aggravating the haters are...smh

on a side note though Tantai Jin's abuse is so triggering to watch, I hope it will get better soon, but seeing how this is a 40 ep drama I feel it's going to take a while 😢

I feel you. I've seen Romance of a Twin Flower, it was an ok drama, not great, but not terrible either, I liked the FL's character overall;
Ding Yu Xi's character pissed me off at the beginning, but he had some solid character development throughout the story, but you're right about the styling, certainly not his best )))
Personally, I enjoyed Love you seven times way more than ROATF, but even there I'd say there are skipable episodes, I don't enjoy filler scenes and draggy plot, but that's just me.
