No skipping would be best. I don't think you would be confused because the plot isn't hard to guess. Ep 8 is when she goes to college and stops that aegyo way of talking. But if you like ML's character, start from Ep 6 I guess because that's when ML's background gets told more (don't skip the easter egg the the end of each episode) and it shows the reason why they lost contact for a while.

you can just skip the first 7 episodes and start from ep 8 when she got to college. if you still don't like it then the plot isn't for you. This drama doesn't have much 'plot', just a healing love between the M/FLs. If you get it, it's the best C-drama ever (i mean it has the rating of 9), if you don't then you don't.( M/FL have great chemistry though)
