I actually watched the drama when I finished high school and it made me feel nostalgic - even though I had only one friend and there weren’t any good memories of that period . Just like you I previously used to avoid high school dramas but this one changed by mind cause most high school dramas have a lot of misunderstandings- I don’t like those . But this drama has really good cinematography , the aesthetics of the drama are really good , it’s funny and light hearted . Also After I started watching I found the fl cute , the friendship between characters amazing - I wanted friends like that . I like how fl is straightforward, brave and can stand up for herself. Unlike many fl’s she’s not a doormat or tolerant of disrespect.I really like how the ml’s is just shy and introverted not rude or disrespectful unlike most topper ml’s in dramas . Another it might be cringe , but looking back I also realise I was quite cringe when I was their age.

in real life many or most Asian parents are like that , not all though . But the level differs .

if you feel that way then don’t watch it . If you don’t like something, then it’s good to just stop watching it , rather forcing it . It ruins the enjoyment.

I personally think it was a unique fantasy drama with superpowers and mystery element . It has some romance and comedy as well .

same . I dropped it after ep 10 since I don’t like the evil fl/ sfl interferring. I just jiwon has been through so much that more drama in her life feel like too much . I understand it was necessary for the plot and that they followed the novel but I liked the web toon more they should have followed it .I really liked the web toon .

She gets better . I didn’t like her at first but she grew on me . Plus like the title says these characters aren’t normal or typical. They are supposed to be different. I think she reedems herself well.
