DUANG WITH YOU IS GOATEDDD ???

Duang with You is the best bl of 2026 so far for this one important reasons, the writing . (Before I start I want to say I haven't read the novel beforehand of watching the show!! )

Writing of Charaters :
Each character in this show is well-written and fleshed out in their own ways. First is the title main character Duang, he is characterized as loving, caring, and genuine. Since the very beginning we can see that he adores Qin with his whole heart. Duang throughout the entire show cares for Qin deeply like no one else in his life. He always supportes Qin and they communicate their thoughts and feelings with each other. From the very start the story showed that Duang was persistent on winning Qin's heart, but not wanting to step over boundaries, this is the standard to see because it feels commendable how Duang pines for Qin, but keeps in mind not wanting to make him feel uncomfortable Thier relationship is full of trust and they always look out for one another.

Focusing on our other main character Qin, (very dear to my heart). Qin is perceived as cold, distance, and emotional unviable, but that changes when he meets Duang and opens his heart to him. As we learn more about Qin throughout the show we see the reasons for the way he is, to his first approach to letting someone in ending poorly, to his depressing childhood and emotionally negligeful parents, plus horrible abusive nanny. All these factors in who Qin is built to be, and how is love for Duang is so profound to anyone else in his life. Duang always gives his 100% with Qin, which moves Qin to want to give his all with Duang. Thier health and functional relationship is absolutely amazing to see, because in some other bls (key word SOME) toxic relationship are glorified and romanticized, which can be harmful to the way impressionable audiences view love.(Doesn't apply to everyone but can happen in some cases. )

Moving on to a underappreciated topic, the friendships. I adore the main trios, both Duang and Qin's relationship with their friends is authentic and heartwarming to watch. Duang, Jamie, and Pae are one of the best things to come out of this show. Their sooo hilarious and bring a light hearted silly vibe when their on screen. I appreciate the great chemistry Teetee, North, and Wave had, where I felt that they were friends playing as best friends. They care for each other truly in their hearts, which I hold very dearly to me, as I love my friends as well!! Next Qin, Tong and Kim are noticeably more of a chill trio than the others. They show that they care for each other in a subtle way, they are more clam and show that they are looking out for each other. Both friendships in this drama are charming, and a majority of veiwers can reality to either groups unique appeal.

Writing of the plot:
The way the story unfolds is beautiful to see. The world that's built around the character's is meaningful to watch progress. The development form beginning, middle, to end felt that the plot had a clear direction. The show grew with the characters and audience, everyone who views it see some type of understanding and care that was put into this creation.

The tone of the show can be seen by some to be cringey or corny, but I feel there're numerous mature themes and moments portrayed throughout the story along with the more goofy aspects. Culminating in a well rounded and fulfilling watching experiences. The core of this show is everyone's earnest devotion in crafting a well made story. More love has to go to this amazing team, love the director and his work (yes biased!!), and all the actors didn't not fail to bring this show its charm and whimsy. Especially my favs TeeteePor acted outstandingly and showed that they can carry complex characters with a well written plot

Conclusion:
On a very personal level Duang with You has brought light into my life every since I watched the first ep, it filled me with this joyful feeling that only a few shows make me feel. Even before with the pilot and trailer made me anticipate this drama alot. Safe to say it didn't disappoint, and I would HIGHLY recommend this fantastic show!!!<3

OUR UNWRITTEN SEOUL IS THE BEST K DRAMA OF 2025!

This show is actually a masterpiece in every way shape and form. My reasoning for this opinion is down to two major contributors, story and acting. 1st the story is phenomenal being a perfect slice of life show that really brings attention and care to all characters, and story plot lines. 2nd the acting is amazing having especially park bo young as the twins, she can really play the gut wrenching scenes beautifully. As well as everyone else in the cast, they do act their characters in a way that feels so believable bringing them to life. All around I can feel that this show was made with genuine love and a clear vision to make a one of a kind show. Especially today where you can some drama's being half baked and cash grabs, our unwritten seoul differs with having such great quality's to it's name. This show truly means a lot to me, and I would highly recommend. :)

I LITERALLY LOVE THIS SHOW ?

Okay so, I started this show thinking "I don't want to get my hopes too high, this show might be overrated." Oh boy was I wrong. This show is as good as people say it is. Especially to me this series captures everything I would want in a k drama. Cute love stories, family oriented, high school life, a 90's throwback , coming of age, a fun band, and a happy ending. First I have to give credit to all the actors and writers, the acting was amazing, they all did a fantastic job on portraying the characters, and in my personal opinion this show was well written. Seeing how Ha Eun Gyeol grows in the story, helping his mom and dad have a great future and, his own romance were just a chef's kiss. When we saw his younger self at the start with his loving family, but him having to carry being the only non deaf person in his family, having him feel as if he didn't fit in, was a beautiful starting point for the story to grow on as the show continued. Him traveling to the past and his whole main mission being to make a positive outcome for his entire family is a really good character motivation, and made me as the veiwer want to root for him in the story. I really loved how by the end when he gose to the the new future, the main point is that is family is doing better in the way of having a more successful career's, but still being deaf. I like how that says to the audience that him going back in time was to create a better future for his family by healing old scars, not by undoing them being disabled. Saying something that you don't see a lot in k drams, shinig light on the disabled and CODA community is a unique experience for this show. Then seeing Ha I Chan change throughout the story and, being committed to his band and,Yun Cheong A was a great watch. How in the original timeline his accident that caused him to be deaf happening in the second timeline as well, but he triumphs through it both times, felt like adding a good amount of depth and realness to his charater. In addition Yun Cheong A's story was also very touching, where at the start of the story she couldn't stand up for herself, because she was born deaf and was in a abusive household but, by the end she learned sign language and stood her ground. With the help of Ha Eun Gyeol healing herself with finding a way to express herself through learning sign language and, her family wounds, was all a amazing part of the to watch (she is my favorite character so I'm biased towards her). Now to talk about the romance, I really loved both love stories. Ha Eun Gyeol and On Eun Yu 's relationship was a bickering and love type of story. At the start she had her own plans and it conflicted with his plans, was a interesting thing watching unfold. By the end their emotions for each other bloomed into a teen love. Next Ha I Chan and Yun Cheong A's love was a absolutely adorable high school lovers story. I loved how Ha I Chan learned sign language so he could communicate with Yun Cheong A, and how cutely awkward they were was to die for. Both version's of their older selves were both a cute married couple, which I love to see (out of both couples they are objectivity my favorite). My last section is the band/friendship was heartwarming to watch. I absolutely loved the connection between the bandmates. It felt like a genuine high school friendship, and I enjoyed watching it. One of the best parts of the show, in my opinion is the friendship of Ha Eun Gyeol and Ha I Chan. Thier bound was a charming point of the show. As well as the bands relationship with the two girls was a fun thing to watch. On this topic the friendship of Yun Cheong A and On Eun Yu was
super sweet. I loved how in genral how Yun Cheong A becameless of a wallflower throughout the show and grew more socially. In a final conclusion I just highly recommended this show if you want a good watch. This is my definition of a modern classic if I've seen one. I loved almost every aspect of this show, this is turly a one of a kind k drama. 🌟
