Just when I was like, no they didn't just kill of Dean after being on the screen for 30 seconds, here he comes,…
my assumption is Sonic has someone in Paris. either talking stage or relationship stage and is not sure at this point as to what to do with all in love with him North (i might be wrong tho as they showed in the trailer them kissking, but that might be also a moment or Sonic changing his mind)
That dig at Charlie about replacing him for a new boy toy. God. That was awful. Like you are with someone going stady and you think its going okay and then bang - personally would be dissapointed. i get the honeymooon phase being over - and “real” life hitting, hard quite often - but if their relationship as you mentioned is still based mostly on just sexy time, well I am honestly looking forward to it falling appart and them trying to patch it. i really hope writes are gonna throw us a curve ball and not just sugar coat for the sake of all full fledge romance lovers out there
i would say after first 5 minutes of the ep - too late
i knooow. but i think well its the fandoms fault they stuck with it, so not the delulu side (clearly, at least in this area US) will have to cringe and bear with it either to skip or to watch it 2x speed
maybe it's just not for me but so far I don't like it
the manga is 99% similar in the character writing, not talking, wanna handle everything on their own, possesive etc. all the super “green” flags that the world of bl has to offer to show “healthy” relationship.
but hats down the the cast, they did an amazing job here
ufs, If only I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have invested my time on this drama. It will take eons to complete…
hmm i think it kinda depends on, like you said, why you read the source - if it's for joy for the whole thing, and meeting the same characters or just setting the expectations for the adaptation.
For now they made it quite close to the original. Obviously there are moments where the media type was a restriction, as something that can work in manga will not work in live adaptation. Also, for the flow of a episode they have shuffled some stuff around. But honestly, they made it a quite good adaptation.
As for looking for manga, you can find it online translated into English and other languages, and if it's available in your country you can decide if you want to support the author.
