Your test case isn't making much sense. Are just the things found with the missing persons blood and not any part of the body or some kind of footage? What did the witness witnessed? Just things covered in blood? Who is even the convicted person, is he proven to be a kidnapper?
I did my research and found everything reasonable. He agreed that there was no VERBAL consent which doesn't mean he forced through it. The case was already all about what he said and what she said he could have just said that there was verbal consent but he spoke truth because he knew he was not guilty. There is not proof that police officers forced her beside her claim. The judges said a rape can be possible not that thay had HIGH suspicion but also said that there also be no rape and as there is no evidence they declared him not guilty.
If you just found out then maybe you haven't reached to the point where he was found no guilty yet.
He admitted there was no verbal consent. The case was all about what he said and what she said, if he was guilty then he could have just said that there was verbal consent but he spoke truth and proved himself innocent.
Why do you care so much about a case held in South Korea? Were you in there when this happened?
You need to read more and next time use better words otherwise people would think why should we care about a person's opinion who start his argument with shit. He agreed that there was no verbal consent and if you have sexual experience then you may know that verbal consent is not always included based on the situation. I also saw the pics and it was a mark on a knee and small one or two scratches on arm. If you see the images of rape victims on internet then you would know how brutal they are. Even the accuser agreed that it was all a lie.

Same I can say you have no morals and lack sympathy for the victim who was proven innocent by court and have sympathy for the accuser but I didn't say that because I would rather not judge someone to go to that extent to say such things just because they contradicted me.
Both main lead have amazing filmography. Both of them have worked in most popular dramas and almost every drama of them has 8+ rating so I'm sure this one wouldn't disappoint either.
