On Tree with Deep Roots May 1, 2020
The drama that made me admire Song Joong Ki and Han Suk Kyu as actors. This was also the first drama I saw Yeo Jin Goo. Shin Se Kyung and Jang Hyuk were also great. For Signal fans: Jo Jin Woong is also here.
King Sejong is the best King Korea ever had :).

Is this a sequel of Six Flying Dragons ??
It technically is a sequel if you follow historical events. The King in this dramas is the son of the King in Six Flying Dragons. But this drama was made first though, this was produced in 2011 while Six Flying Dragons was in 2015-2016

Person Song Joong Ki
His acting is always amazing.
By the way, when it comes to analyzing actors, I think acting is the only category they should be investigated, not the looks, popularity, popularity of their shows, their personal lives, etc (although good looks and personality does help in their image). Except when its proven that an actor’s a bad person, I think we shouldnt care for actors’ personal lives. After all, acting is their main job.
For this actor: He caught my eye with the way he carried his character in Sungkyunkwan Scandal. I became a big fan after seeing his fantastic acting in Tree with Deep Roots and even more after Arthdal Chronicles. He was amazing in Innocent Man too, the way he was able to bring to life such a complex character. His clips that I saw in DOTS and Werewolf Boy were great too. For all these mentioned, I will always admire his acting.

On Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho May 1, 2020
All Kim Yoo Jung and Seo Shin Ae fans should watch this drama. Regardless of the story, both actresses showed fantastic acting in this show. The talent they show in this drama as such a tender young age has made me think they are among the best actors in any generation (regardless of age). Also notable is that this drama is Kim Yoo Jung's first main lead role in a drama, not Love in the Moonlight (even if she's still a child actress here)

Person Lee Tae Ri
I always adore this actor. I especially love his chemistry with Kim Yoo Jung, I always ship them together in both their shows even if its sometimes quite unreasonable for some people ( In Grudge the Revolt of Gumiho 2010, she was not yet even a teenager; in Moon Embracing the Sun he is not the male lead and his love for her is one sided). Though there are imperfections in some of his acting, he rarely being able to produce tears in some roles, I really feel in general his acting is still great. I hope he gets a lead role, been waiting all these years. Even a second lead role should be fine, given he only gets supporting roles now (except for some Indie and Chinese movies)
