Taxi Driver already has a female lead, I want Chae Won to get her own show. Most likely she'll get about 5-10…
I'm not sure whether it's right that she rejected Bride of Habaek. I remember it was a poorly received drama among critics (not sure among the fans). She was able to do Criminal Minds because she didn't do Bride of Habaek. Criminal Minds wasn't successful, but maybe it helped her get Flower of Evil (she met Lee Joon Gi from Criminal Minds after all and maybe they were casted together for Flower of Evil because people saw their potential as a pairing in Criminal Minds). My opinion is that her career actually stopped rising with accepting Good Doctor. Not saying it's a bad drama (it won best drama actually in Baeksang, and it's a good drama to be on anyone's resume) or her acting in it is bad (she got some recognition for this too), but she was already at the point of her career where she could have chosen dramas that center on her character more than the male lead. Instead, she did Good Doctor which was not only male centric, but her character and her romance with the male lead wasn't the most memorable part of the drama (so different from her two previous successful KBS dramas before Good Doctor which are Princess Man and Innocent Man where you can't think of either show without thinking of her character). I understood she wanted something different from melodrama when she did Good Doctor, but I wish she got a drama that centers on her character or a show where she can at least make a bigger impression. Good Doctor is actually a great drama overall, it's just MCW role there wasn't a role someone at her level's fame back then should have taken. I just hope she gets critical acting reviews from her movie and hope it leads to more critically received acting roles. She may be too late to get the top level fame others have, but she still has time to become one of the most critically acclaimed and aware Korean actresses. She does have best new actress awards and her acting in movies are always good, so I just she gets roles where she could show her acting abilities, leading to awards and more recognition

I'm just tired of seeing her in crime dramas where her role is minimal (I really like Flower of Evil though because she was involved in the emotional heart and the main conflict of the story, not just as a police or someone who is a helper to the male lead). Most crime dramas she's casted are male centric dramas and she doesn't have equal screentime to the male lead. She's very beautiful (would have loved to see her character wearing beautiful clothes, something that rarely happens if she's in a crime show) and she really fits roles that require the show of emotions and she also fits historical dramas. I would have loved to see her in something that is set between 1900s-1950s.
Taxi Driver season 3 is confirmed sooo I am waiting for her news. I hope she will have a big part in that drama,…
Taxi Driver already has a female lead, I want Chae Won to get her own show. Most likely she'll get about 5-10 minute screentime per episode as that drama centers on the male lead and there's another female lead aside from her (nothing against the cast personally though, I would have loved to see Chae Won and Je Hoon in a different show where they are equally important). She deserves her own show where she gets a lot of screentime (she did similar stuff in Payback and Criminal Minds already, I like these shows and their male leads but I'm sad Chae Won not getting the screentime specially as she was getting lots of screentime from her lead dramas some 10-13 years ago).
I expect to be a bit bored by this and I only watched this because I like both Nam Ji Hyun and Jang Na Ra. But the story is better than expected. While I like Ji Hyun and Na Ra's characters though, my favorite parts of the drama are of Cha Eun Kyung's daughter as well as the loving father (who's not the actual biological father) to his son. I was particularly hooked on episodes where there storylines are the focus.
Great production, settings, and acting. The story is good but I wasn't really hooked. I'll give this an 8.5 because it is very rare for us to get kdramas set in the Goguryeo period.
Kim Tae Hee is bad at comedy, but wonderful in tragic love stories. It's her most difficult role because the way…
I've only seen her in Stairway to Heaven and My Princess before this show. I remember liking her acting in Stairway while I don't remember much of My Princess. I'm basing my surprise from the comments of most people that she can't act and then this drama proving otherwise (also that this is her first sageuk, the other actors I mentioned are actors I've always been impressed in sageuk acting).
New dramas and movies please. Hope it's a serious sageuk. If it's a modern show, it should be something that could showcase your talents and let you wear beautiful feminine clothes. No more crime dramas please (unless it showcase's your acting skills and does not hesistate to show your feminine beauty like Flower of Evil). Hope you get a female centric show next.
I always skipp Lee Seyoung dramas I don't hate her I didn't watch a lot of her dramas either but somehow I feel…
same roles? I have only seen Red Sleeve and Park Marriage Contract from her lead roles, and though both have sageuk elements, her characters feel very much different. Park Yeon Woo is very much determined to be with the man she loves (even travelling through time to find him) while Seong Deok Im, while still in love with her man, values her freedom and her friendships is equal as her romantic love if not more.
