No. I don't think anyone there knew. Not even Lao Mu and her found family knew, as WXL disappeared without telling…
It would have been much more interesting if the stone demon had told her story, along with the reactions of the people who once knew her. I stopped watching at episode 26 because I was disappointed by how she suddenly turned into a silly princess. I expected her to grow into a strong princess, regain her inner power, and accomplish great things. I’m not sure if that ever happened later.
Did the people of the town where she lived for 30 years eventually find out that a princess lived among them as a male doctor? Did the tree storyteller guy mention it
Disappointing. After 300 years of suffering, you would expect a smart, brave, strong woman who would achieve great things, but instead we got a silly princess (at least until ep 26 when i stopped watching). The show was much more fun when she was disguised as a man.
I hope I'm wrong, but it seems like this is another typical Asian drama where a woman with no self-respect ends up falling in love with a male lead who humiliated her, insulted her, and treated her like trash.
The reason for the low rating is simply that the people on this platform are only interested in silly romance. The rating will be much higher if this show has the following usual Korean clichés: :) - Accidental fall — they trip and land on top of each other. - Accidental kiss - Sudden rainstorm — only one umbrella - Forced closeness. - Locked in together — elevator, storage room, anywhere. :) :)
The detective is the most annoying character. With all the criminals out there, he dedicates his entire career to catching the one person who’s actually doing a better job than the justice system. He claims he’s principled, but he’s really not.
The most annoying thing in Asian dramas is the silly coincidences used to force the romance. Somehow the leads always travel separately to a far‑off place, yet by coincidence they end up in the same city, book the same hotel, stay on the same floor, and even get rooms right next to each other. In some shows, they even book the same room by mistake.
This show isn’t about a genius girl — it’s about a girl who’s obsessed with an annoying guy. I had high expectations, but it turned out to be a real disappointment.
