In the past, the princess was wrong. She was ready to divorce Pei Wenxuan for Su Rong Qing. She never trusted him, even believed that he poisoned her and ordered to kill him. Even in the present, when the truth was revealed, there was no regret by her. She loved Su Rong Qing no matter what kind of character he had. But for Pei Wenxuan, she always hesitated. She just used him because Pei Wenxuan was clever, intelligent, and most importantly, had the sense of judgment which she lacked.
