In the novel there is nsfw stuff. But honestly there wasnt a lot of focus on them and they didnt have their first time until at the very end of the book. I think youll be okay with this one.

This is not rushing the events there are many events in the novel.
Tbf just because Cirrus says he wants to be Phu's boyfriend doesnt mean Phu is going to let it happen right away. In the book it takes a lot of time before Phu accepts. Dont worry youll get your slow burn build up.
