Excellent Horror Mystery, ok romance
The production value on this is wild. The make up and special effects departement did an awesome job when it comes to the horror element.The main story about the ritual killings is really not for the faint of heart and I don't quite see how this is 13+. Scared the hell out of me at times, it was so well done.
The romance was a bit meh and out of nowhere. Also, maybe I'm biased here, because the actor playing Thup has a super annoying voice and his acting skills are not en par with the rest of the cast.
Singha actor was good, but the actor playing King and the one playing Darin stole the show for me, as did creepy ghost lady.
All in all, I think this might have actually been better as horror mystery alone or with a romance between King and Singha.

I've seen a handful of BL shows recently and Fadel has won my heart like no other character.
The story is interesting and (mostly) heartwarming with a great soundtrack.
Don't expect a full on crime drama, it's (mostly) romantic comedy with some serious undertones at times.
Most of the cast is doing a pretty good job, but the actors playing Fadel, Bison and Kant are doing the heavy lifting here. The side couple has excellent chemistry, but the main one not so much, since one of the actors is doing a much better job and it's jarringly noticable how lacking the other is in comparison.
Style is easily one of the most annoying lead characters I've ever encountred. The character did grow on me (very very slowly), the actor ... not so much.

Haven't seen such good chemistry in forever
Off the charts chemistry and the gangster lead is an exceptionally beautiful man.Both actors slayed the roles and the supporting cast is phenomenal as well.
I also liked the historical aspect of 80s HongKong. The only reason I am not rating it 10 is the open ending that makes the story feel unfinished.
Plot was great in the first part, with a perfect mix of comedy and tragedy, when it was focused on the main leads, but the involvement of the second "couple" made it a bit draggy .
And it better have a second season after that ending, I am still heartbroken.

Never expected this to be soooo good
I started watching this, because I liked Est in "Me and Thee", and thereby accidentally found one of the most believable and sweetest romances in BL.It is also a really gripping story about the downsides of the entertainment industry. Lykn slayed their roles like pros, and the dynamics of the group in the series and everything they had to go through would have been worth a watch all on its own already.
The romance between Thame and Po was the cherry on top. It made me fall in love with WilliamEst.
I very rarely rewatch series, but I already know that this is the one I will come back to one day.

An instant favourite and gem in BL genre
Watched this because someone recommended it to me after "Payback" and I am really grateful for it, because I actually liked it even more.I really liked that Armin gave up the revenge plot relatively early and decided to let go of the past and live a better version of his life this time.
It was one of the sweetest romances and some of the best, most convincing kisses in all BL. The NC scenes were done beautifully and tastefully.
The chemistry between the leads was amazing and both are versatile actors. There's something really special about adult, professional actors who are not a fixed pair. No shade to all those "fixed BL couples" in Thai BL, but those two men beat them with ease. I hope they get more main character roles in the future, especially Pond.
The rest of the cast did really well, except for the main villain. I understand he is supposed to be unhinged, but that one actor was really over the top and made me roll my eyes a lot.
Overall, a really good show that instantly went into my top 3 BL of all time.
