I’ve finished watching up to Episode 22, and as always, I really enjoyed it. The story keeps getting deeper and more intense with every episode. The revelations about Li Yan were very interesting—especially discovering that he is the son of the Empress of Biantang and now standing against Li Ce. This twist adds more tension and makes the political side of the story even more exciting. I also loved seeing Chu Qiao rise as the commander-in-chief of the army. She is truly brave, intelligent, and a natural leader. Even at a young age, she carries herself like a strong and capable general. As always, Zhuge Yue continues to impress me. He is not only amazing in combat but also constantly supportive of Chu Qiao. One of my favorite scenes was when he gave her the Sun and Moon twin swords—the moment felt so meaningful and symbolic. Watching them practice together was beautiful; their movements were so graceful and perfectly in sync. Their strategy against Yan Xun was also very well done. Yan Xun remains a strong character—his obsession with Chu Qiao really shows, and it becomes both his strength and weakness. His acting is powerful, and you can feel his inner conflict. I also admire how Chu Qiao continues to face every danger with courage. The way she escapes from enemies and handles difficult situations shows her strength and incredible martial arts skills. Meanwhile, Zhuge Yue’s fight against Yan Xun and his efforts to push back the enemy were intense and exciting to watch. One of the most emotional scenes for me was when Chu Qiao faced Yan Xun—when she returned the important items to him and promised not to return to Biantang for ten years. That moment was heartbreaking and filled with so much emotion. I also noticed the contrast between the past and present—especially the scene where Zhuge Yue and Yan Xun practiced sword fighting when they were still friends. It was beautifully done, and the song playing in the background made it even more touching. Seeing how they were once close but are now enemies really adds depth to the story. I still hope that somehow, in the end, they can become friends again. Overall, I enjoyed these episodes very much. The story, action, emotions, and character development are all so well done. I’m really excited for what’s next—especially the upcoming battle between Li Ce and Li Yan!
