In the novel she was more autonomous, got slightly pissed when ai oon was constantly resisting, slut shamed and splashed water in ai oon for being nice to may's doctor and told him to not come again (luckily ai oon didn't spare her). And said she doesn't regret ANYTHING she has done because all of these made her met ai oon once again. Oh did I said that she was faking her blindness throughout the time.

Be on cloud definitely learned their lessons from poi vs build case. That's why they made all the participants of the hidden character to reveal their darkest truth and ain't buying novel adaptations
