About Japan I 💯 agree with you. They portray women and the ukes of bls in a cartoonish way and that's why I can't vibe with jbls. GLs have just started in Japan so can't say anything. In Thailand family angst can be stopped if the companies stop buying chao planoy and meenam's novels.
Ok I VERY MUCH enjoyed affair after episode 3 and overall I think affair is much better than previous gls. But... there's a but, I found this series a bit misogynistic as well as male gaze but more than gap and tsou. Earth and Frank weren't needed especially Frank's character reappearing in episode 7 as well as the jealous moment with earth were A TOTAL WASTE!
