If you think WilliamEst is popular, then Mr. Fanboy CP is too. They already gained a huge fandom from Your Sky and lots of people are watching this only for this CP. Plus DMD has a huge fanbase. Fanbase has nothing to do with ratings. Why do you think Edge of Horizon has good ratings then? Like I said, stop comparing both - the genres are so different and both are getting backlash. Specially Maniac is getting more negativity than Mr. Fanboy, so your comparison makes zero sense.

You Maniac and Mr. Fanboy only have a 1-point difference in ratings so no one is doing it on purpose, if you check the reviews for You Maniac there are tons of people giving it negative reviews even calling the actors ugly, I only saw on X that DMD fans are saying people are giving You Maniac negative reviews to boost Mr. Fanboy so DMD fans are the only ones making it a competition, it's literally just 1 episode out there's no way people are already judging which one is the best and comparing them based on just 1 episode.
I know everyone has free will, but if you are someone who doesn't watch GMMTV stuff, then why are you even watching the 1st episode? And it's not just about this series, for every GMMTV series I see people like that. They just come across it on X and start saying things like "start hating you maniac and watch me fanboy."
Like, now it makes sense that the 1st episode is out, so how are you guys gonna judge from only the 1st episode? Let's just wait for 3-4 episodes. But sometimes the comment section looks like people are forcing hate, like saying "the face is not handsome" and all.
I watched both Mr. Fanboy and this, and both are good. You can literally watch both series and like them, don't bring the Twitter hate here. I am not even saying to only give positive reviews, you can give negative comments too, but not just because you like Fanboy and want to hate this series.
